Please be mindful that Sugar Bae Baking is a one woman show and I work full time as well. When inquiring about an order, you will receive a timely response within the hours indicated above. Your patience is appreciated.

Orders $200 and under, at least 2 week notice required

50% (HALF) of your total order is due within 3 days (72 hours) of the time that a total has been given (ie. from the time an invoice has been given and received) unless otherwise noted by myself or an arrangement has been made. 

This is a DEPOSIT only; your remaining balance is due by the date discussed and indicated. Once your deposit has been received, your event date will be added to my books. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE,  but it is transferable in the event that your event is cancelled or moved to a new date. A courtesy reminder will be sent to you 3 days before your final payment is due. 

*IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR EVENT WILL NOT BE ADDED TO MY BOOKS AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISREGARDED. IF YOUR FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE TIME DISCUSSED AND INDICATED, THIS CONTRACT WILL BE NULL AND VOID AND DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Please note: Orders received outside of this time frame are subject to a rush order fee of your total + $50. Rush orders require 100% payment at time of booking to secure your order date. Payments are non refundable for rush orders.

Changes to order and/or due date

You have until either one week (orders $200 or less) or two weeks (orders more than $200) before your event to make any changes to your order. Any requests after this window has closed cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Refund Policy

YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Any monies paid to me for your order may be refunded on a case by case basis.

Failure to meet for agreed upon pick-up or delivery times will result in a late fee of $5 to be paid before order transference at baker’s discretion. Failure to tender any late fee(s) will result in a relinquished order and no refunds will be given.

Before submitting payment, customer acknowledges, agrees, and is responsible for picking up on the date, time, and location stated on the invoice. Customer can send a designated contact to pick up on their behalf. 

Sugar Bae Baking will not hold paid orders to be picked up at a later date/time if customer forgets to pick up order. There are no refunds if customer/designated contact forgets to pick up on the date/time stated.

Upon Order Transference

Once your order leaves my hands, by pick up from you to me, by delivery from myself to you or an agreed upon party, or beyond my initial set up at your event, I relinquish my responsibility and liability to your order. You will then assume any and all responsibility for damages to your order. 

Dissatisfaction

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, contact me as soon as possible. Your order must be returned for an assessment for refund! Failure to return a product will render any refund null and void. No questions asked. 

You will also find a guide attached for how to properly store your order. Failure to follow that guide and any refund will be completely null and void. No questions asked. 

Please note that icing colors may vary. I’ll do my best to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of my control. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations.

This food is home made and is not prepared in an inspected food establishment.

You agree to notify guests of risks and hold Sugar Bae Baking harmless for allergic reactions. Each item you order will be individually labeled with individual product names, allergens, and information. 

By giving a deposit and booking with me, you agree to the above terms of service.
